- Praveen has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking across a diverse range of sectors.
- Prior to founding Moxie Capital in 2018, Praveen has worked with Tata Power, JP Morgan, Ambit Corporate Finance & Tata Capital in their corporate finance and investment banking divisions.
- His experience includes the origination and execution of M&A, fund raising, restructuring and financial advisory transactions. Praveen has successfully closed around 15 mid and large sized transactions involving both, Indian and MNC conglomerates.
- Praveen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate from the Rajasthan University.
Saurabh Drolia
Co-Founder & Director
- Saurabh has over 16 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking across a diverse range of sectors.
- Prior to joining Moxie Capital in 2019, Saurabh has worked with PwC, JP Morgan, Elara Capital, KPMG & Bank of Baroda (BOB) Capital Markets in their advisory and investment banking divisions.
- His experience includes industry coverage, business development, origination and execution of M&A and private equity fund raising transactions. Saurabh has led the Pharma & Consumer Investment Banking Team and served as a Board Member at Elara Capital (India) Private Limited, Mumbai.
- Saurabh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate from the Mumbai University.
